We have just had another unfortunate situation with a customer which has led to both parties being totally unsatisfied.   A Customer from overseas has claimed we tried to defraud him, reversed the charges on his card, and now is totally unsatisfied with our service.  This was all due to the fact that we could not contact him.  Everyone of his emails stated he wanted his products.  The were on backorder and arrived in last week.  We could not ship however because he had put a reverse on his card.  There was no way for us to contact him.  We understand customers do not want to give a phone number, then we need a valid email address.  Hotmail is the worst of all, they return every email we send all email's are blocked as spam, and we cannot get through to you.  We DO return emails to customers if you are not hearing back on a question, please check with your email provider that our emails can get through.  We send shipping confirmation on all orders shipped Priority Mail, if you do not receive this then you are not receiving our email.  The above customer will not be able to order from us again as is our policy for anybody who reverses charges.  Reversed charges for any reason make us incur extra fees, which in turn will force us to raise prices.  So PLEASE make sure we have valid Phone numbers and Email address that we can contact you at.   Thank you for your time.

At DiaperStation.com we pride ourselves on offering competitively priced products of superior quality and shipping every order when promised. Most of our products are stocked for immediate shipment and will ship within one business day but we ask that you allow two to three weeks to ship your order.

Every DiaperStation purchase is shipped in a securely sealed package with no markings of any kind identifying contents. Your credit card will be billed to Worldwide, Inc. The shipping label on the package is similarly discreet (see below):

All information that you submit when purchasing online at DiaperStation.com (including credit card numbers) is encrypted (up to128-bit depending on your browser). We have cancelled our phone service.  We will correspond through email with all customers.  Phone orders will have to be placed online, or mailed with a money order.  Our phone orders were processed through the same system as when you checkout online.  It is secure and safe.  Information needed to process your orders, like the 3 digit security code, is information we do not want kept in house.  This information is submitted when processing, verified through the credit card company, and never transmitted to us.  We feel this is the safer way for our customers, and it eliminates overhead costs and we can keep prices lower.  Thank you for your understanding in this matter.


Shipping Policies:

Our standard shipping on orders within the US is Priority Mail or UPS Ground. DiaperStation reserves the right to use either shipping method at their discretion. If the customer does not select a ship method at checkout, by default the order will be sent by standard shipping. Disposable Diapers:

If your order includes Disposable diapers they may be shipped separately from the rest of your order.

Next Day Air:

Due to extreme amounts of fraud associated with this shipping method we will no longer ship overnight to anybody.  Priority Mail delivers in 2-4 days throughout the US.


International Shipping:

Orders shipping outside the US are sent by US Air Mail or Global Priority mail depending upon the destination and size of the order. Orders shipped outside the USA may be subject to customs fees.
International orders that are returned as undeliverable or for refusal to pay local custom fees are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping.


Product Returns Cancellations and Fees:

Diapers are not legally returnable under any circumstances although they may be exchanged for replacement within 30 days due to defect in manufacturing. Exchanges are for identical items only. No substitutions allowed. Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

Plastic pants may be returned within 30 days only if their sealed bags remain unopened. Plastic pants that have been opened or worn are not legally returnable under any circumstances although they may be exchanged for replacement within 30 days due to defect in manufacturing. Exchanges are for identical items only. No substitutions allowed. Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

Because of the ease with which they may be duplicated CD's are not returnable under any circumstances - No exceptions. They are guaranteed against manufacturers defect for 30 days for replacement only.

Special orders are not returnable under any circumstances - No exceptions.
Any special order cancelled by customer before delivery is subject to a $15.00 stocking fee. Special orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery but sometimes they can take up  to 4 weeks for delivery.

Orders place and then cancelled due to no fault of DiaperStation
are subject to up to a $10.00 service fee.  This may not sound fair, but we incur large fees for processing credit cards and do not feel it should be passed to our paying customers.

Orders shipped and returned to us do to:  customer does not claim, insufficient address, address not known, refused, or any other reason not the fault of DiaperStation will be refunded less the shipping/handling charge and a $10.00 restocking fee.

Diaper Pins, Clothing and other items may be exchanged or returned as long as the sealed package is unopened and is in resalable condition.

All sales of Clearance, Closeout and Sale items are final.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package. To receive an RMA email us at writeus@diaperstation.com . Returned Goods without an RMA number will be refused. 
All orders returned for refund are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.


Discount Coupons & Special Offers:

There is a limit of only one (1) discount coupon redeemed per order. Discount Coupons also may not be combined with other special offers such as discounted "Combo Package Deals" or "Multi-Packs". Sales and special offers are subject to availability.
